Last fall I called to have our sprinkler system blown out, I thought early enough have it completed by the first real cold snap. Unfortunately Mother Nature surprised us a bit earlier & colder than expected. I believe they did their best to get to everyone they could & I appreciated their efforts. They were upfront & honest with their scheduling, told me they would try to make it but could not guarantee it. Even if my system has some freeze breaks I will continue to use Rainmaker, knowing they worked against the clock the best they could & always gives me honest, great customer service.
